A lot of love goes into the design of each Justice Denim piece, so we want you to love them as much as we do. We are excited to offer our customers 14 days to exchange your item if you change your mind, or an item isn't quite right. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, not altered or washed, and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. We regret we will be unable to offer returns on any garments that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty returns

If you receive an item that is faulty or wrongly described, please contact us to request a refund, an exchange or store credit. Faulty items can then be sent to us to be assessed by our Quality Management team. Please note this process can take several weeks. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.

Refunds for faulty or wrongly described merchandise will be processed once we have inspected and accepted the return, using the original tender type. Debit and credit card returns must be processed against the exact card used to complete the original purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and clearance items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

In other instances you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us and we recommend trackable shipping and keeping a copy of the tracking number.
